Aston Martin has unveiled the 2026 Vanquish Volante, a luxury convertible based on the recently launched coupe. The Vanquish nameplate returned in September 2024 after its 2018 discontinuation. The Volante debuts on the model's 60th anniversary, boosting its appeal. It features a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12, delivering powerful performance and setting new standards for luxury convertibles. With production capped at fewer than 1,000 units annually for both the coupe and Volante, Aston Martin aims to keep the Vanquish exclusive, making it a rare and sought-after car.

Aston Martin Vanquish Volante: Design
The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante features a bold design, sharp front bumper, sculpted fenders, and a signature Aston Martin grille. Its standout K-fold soft-top roof opens in 14 seconds and closes in 16 seconds, offering a smooth switch between open-air and enclosed driving.
The Volante has detailed styling, featuring Matrix LED headlights with built-in Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) that enhance visibility and sharpen its design. The Aston Martin wordmark is subtly etched inside the headlamp housing, adding a refined touch. With its sleek proportions and elegant details, the Volante defines luxury grand touring.

The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante’s interior matches the coupe with a driver-focused cockpit and two seats. It features physical buttons for key controls like drive mode selection, stability control, and the active exhaust, making them easy to access.
The Volante also includes dual 10.3-inch digital screens for infotainment and instrumentation. This setup offers a smooth, user-friendly experience by blending modern tech with an analogue-style interface.

The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante runs on a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 engine. It produces 823bhp and 1,000Nm of torque, with peak force available between 2,000 and 5,000rpm, ensuring strong acceleration in any gear.
Power goes to the rear wheels through a rear-mounted transaxle with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. According to Aston Martin, this setup improves weight distribution, boosting the car’s handling and balance. The mix of powerful performance and smooth gear shifts makes the Vanquish a thrilling yet refined grand tourer.
