The Maruti Suzuki Fronx is the latest compact SUV from the country’s largest carmaker. It may look like a baby Grand Vitara on the outside, but it’s a Baleno underneath! That said, it does get a few new bits and bobs as compared to the current-gen Baleno. With the Fronx, Maruti’s BoosterJet 1.0-litre turbo engine is making a comeback, and it’s also available with a six-speed automatic gearbox. The Fronx is expected to be priced between Rs 8-12 lakh (ex-showroom) and it’ll be sold through the company’s premium Nexa outlets.
