Simple One Electric Scooter

In the Indian market, the upcoming electric scooters are anticipated to be priced between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 1.2 lakh. Prices are ex-showroom. Upon launch, they might rival the likes of the TVS iQube, the Ola S1 Air, and the Ather 450X.

The electric scooter is equipped with an 8.5kW electric motor, churning out 11.4bhp of maximum power and 72Nm of peak torque. As per the company, it can accelerate from 0 to 40km/h in 2.77 seconds and tops out at 105km/h. 

In the Indian market, the Simple One electric scooter locks horns with the likes of the River Indie, the TVS iQube, the Vida V1, the Ather 450X, and the Ola S1 Pro. It has a top speed of 105km/h and can sprint from 0 to 40km/h in 2.77 seconds.

Bengaluru-based EV start-up Simple Energy is launching its One e-scooter tomorrow in the Indian market. The company's first product was unveiled in August 2021. Moreover, the deliveries of the e-scooter will commence soon after its launch.

Simple Energy is gearing up to launch the 2023 Simple One e-scooter on May 23 in the country. After the market introduction, the electric scooter will compete with the Ola S1, the Bajaj Chetak, and others.
