Fabio di Giannantonio has signed a contract with Ducati to race for the VR46 team in MotoGP next year, becoming one of just three riders on the 2025 grid to compete with the factory-spec GP25.

The VR46 team has recently changed its branding to reflect the new title sponsor, Pertamina, an Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company, which replaced Mooney. The Enduro brand of lubricant is part of Pertamina's collaboration.
