Mahindra Two Wheelers acquires 100% stake in Peugeot Motorcycles
Mahindra Two Wheelers Europe has acquired 100 per cent ownership of the French two-wheeler maker Peugeot Motocycles (PMTC). The European subsidiary of the homegrown company had 49 per cent stake in PMTC, but it has now acquired the remaining 51 per cent stake, confirmed Mahindra Two Wheelers
Mahindra acquires BSA Motorcycles
The Indian automotive giant has bought 100 percent stake in BSA for around Rs 28 crore. Early last year, Mahindra bought 51 percent stake in Peugeot. And now, the company has announced the acquisition of another biggie – BSA Motorcycles.
