As part of the new colour scheme, the 2025 Kawasaki Z650RS has a glossy black paint finish with gold accents.

The updated Z650RS, Kawasaki's middleweight retro sport motorcycle, has launched in India at a starting price of Rs 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom) with a 2-mode traction control system.

The Z650RS, Kawasaki's middleweight retro sport motorcycle, has been updated for the MY2024 with a 3-level traction control system. The updated model will likely come to our shores early next year and when it goes on sale in India, there can be a marginal price hike. 

The 50th Anniversary paint scheme pays homage to the Kawasaki Z1 which launched – internationally – back in 1972; and now, that paint scheme is offered with the new Kawasaki Z650RS.

The 50th Anniversary Edition of the Kawasaki Z650RS will soon be available in the Indian market. However, the motorcycle will be sold in limited numbers and will carry a higher price tag.

Ever since the Kawasaki Z900 spawned a drool-worthy retro-inspired sibling in the form of the Z900RS, there was no denying that the lower-capacity Z models were in for a similar treatment. This has been confirmed today with the arrival of the new retro-themed Z650RS.

A new 650cc Kawasaki motorcycle is in the works. The reports suggest that it is a scaled-down version of the Z900RS and will be heavily based on the outgoing Z650. Read more to find out.
