The Hero Mavrick 440 tips the scales at 187 kilograms (kerb), which is 3.5 kilograms less than the Harley-Davidson X 440. 

The Hero Mavrick 440 is finally out now! Based on the same platform as the Harley-Davidson X440, the Mavrick 440 shares the same engine and frame with its Harley cousin. However, there are some crucial differences between the two, and that’s understood because Hero wanted to keep the costs in check.

The month of July has been an exciting one for motorcycle enthusiasts around the country. Harley-Davidson started the innings with the launch of the much-awaited X440 at a starting price of Rs 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom). It gets a 440cc engine making 27bhp and 38Nm of peak torque.

Available in two variants – Standard and Special – the Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 starts at Rs 16.90 lakh. Harley Davidson has already commenced bookings of the motorcycles and deliveries are expected to commence in June

The Pan America is Harley Davidson’s foray into the adventure touring segment, and is scheduled to launch in India in June. Powering the ADV is a new 1,252cc V-twin that will push 148 horses and 127Nm
