Kush Maini contributed to Invicta Racing's success in the 2024 Formula 2 season, achieving five podiums and a race win in Hungary.

Kush Maini, driving for Invicta Racing, achieved his second podium finish in Formula 2 with an astonishing second place result, just seconds behind the race winner.

Mentored by Mika Hakkinen and supported by Alpine's young drivers program, Kush Maini, the rising F1 talent from India, has graciously shared his journey in an exclusive interview with us.

At the moment, Maini competes in Formula 2 for Campos Racing. With a podium finish in the Australian Sprint Race, he is currently 11th in the Drivers' Championship. He had a season of ups and downs, but the Indian driver is optimistic about 2024.

Formula 1 races usually last for nearly 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes), with a minimum of 300 to 305km of distance covered by team drivers. The circuit and the number of laps, however, can affect the length of a race.

In the Saudi Arabian round of the Formula 2 championship, India's Jehan Daruvala swept to a double podium finish. The 24-year-old, who races for the Dutch team MP Motorsport, had climbed from fifth to third place after a hard-fought victory in Saturday's Sprint Race.

In his fourth season in the FIA Formula 2 Championship, India's Jehan Daruvala will compete for reigning champions MP Motorsport. The 24-year-old driver will race alongside his Prema Racing teammate from last year, Dennis Hauger.

23-year-old Red Bull Junior and Prema Racing driver Jehan Daruvala secured a second-place finish in the Sprint Race in Imola, Round Three of the 2022 FIA Formula 2 championship. He is currently the only driver on the F2 grid to have secured a podium finish in all three rounds so far.

India's F1 hope Jehan Daruvala bagged his maiden Formula 2 win in the final round of the season at the Sakhir Grand Prix in Bahrain. This makes Daruvala the first Indian racing driver to win a race in the F2 series.

Ace Indian racer and Red Bull Racing Junior Jehan Daruvala achieved a significant milestone in his maiden F2 season as the Carlin Motorsport driver achieved his first podium finish of the season. This makes Daruvala the first Indian to stand on the podium in an FIA Formula 2 race.
