autoX Awards 2023: Ducati has a knack for doing it. What, you ask? Well, when they launch a motorcycle, they make us believe that it’s the best they could do with a platform, and then a year later, they somehow better it in ways you can’t even imagine. A case in point is the new Monster SP.

The top-spec SP variant of Ducati's famous Monster is now available for Rs 15.95 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Here are the top highlights of this motorcycle in terms of styling, specifications, hardware, and more that the SP variant offers over the standard model.

Ducati Monster SP features a MotoGP-inspired livery, blacked-out elements, and a passenger seat cowl. The 973cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that drives the Ducati Monster SP generates 109.9bhp and 93Nm of peak torque.

Before it debuts in our market, Ducati India has unveiled a teaser image for its upcoming motorcycle, the Monster SP. Previously, the bikemaker had declared that it would sell this motorcycle in India and provided an estimated ex-showroom price of Rs 15.95 lakh.

The SP derivative of the Ducati Monster does not change the original recipe. Instead, it adds a whole lot of premium and expensive ingredients to make it a Michelin star-worthy dish!
