Ducati has expanded the 2025 Panigale V4 S lineup globally with two new high-performance trims, Carbon and Carbon Pro. These variants bring factory-fitted carbon fibre components, reducing weight and improving agility, braking, and overall performance. The Carbon trim of the 2025 Panigale V4 S features lightweight five-spoke carbon fibre wheels. Compared to the standard forged wheels, these rims reduce weight by 0.95 kg, cutting rotational inertia by 12 per cent at the front and 19 per cent at the rear. This leads to improved handling and responsiveness.
Along with the wheels, the Carbon trim includes carbon fibre front and rear mudguards and double-profile carbon fibre winglets. Ducati states that these upgrades result in a total weight reduction of 1 kg, making the bike lighter and more dynamic.

The Carbon Pro trim takes things further with an upgraded braking system. It features Brembo T-Drive discs measuring 338.5 mm in diameter and 6.2 mm in thickness. These discs, used in the 2024 Race of Champions, offer better braking power and consistency.
Additionally, the Carbon Pro trim includes Hypure calipers with a titanium-coloured anodised finish and an oversized Brembo logo. The front brake pump is a Brembo MCS 19.21, which allows riders to adjust the brake lever remotely, similar to MotoGP and Superbike setups.
Both Carbon and Carbon Pro trims are powered by the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, delivering 216 bhp at 13,500 rpm and 120.9 Nm of torque at 11,250 rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a bi-directional quickshifter for smooth gear changes.
