Ducati has launched the 2025 Panigale V4 and Panigale V4 S in India, priced at Rs 29.9 lakh and Rs 36.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Both bikes come with major upgrades, enhancing performance, style, and rider experience. The new design features sharper fairings, sculpted LED headlights, an elevated tail section, and large winglets for a bold and aggressive look. Ducati has also improved the ergonomics, chassis, and swingarm for better handling. A key highlight is the new 6.9-inch TFT display, offering improved visibility and seamless access to various electronic aids. Already available in international markets, the 2025 Panigale V4 is now set to excite Indian riders with its modern features and powerful presence.
2025 Ducati Panigale V4, V4S: Hardware and Electronics
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 and the V4 S get a bold new design with twin headlamps and integrated winglets, giving them a more aggressive look. One major change is the switch to a double-sided swingarm, which Ducati claims improves agility and track performance. This update makes the bike more responsive, offering a thrilling ride for enthusiasts.

Both come packed with advanced technology, featuring Ducati’s latest electronic control system. It includes Ducati Traction Control DVO, Ducati Slide Control, and Ducati Wheelie Control DVO, all managed by over 70 sensors. These systems improve stability, control, and precision across different riding conditions.
The key difference between the Panigale V4 and the Panigale V4 S lies in the suspension. The V4 is equipped with Ohlins NPX-30 pressurised forks and a TTX36 monoshock, while the V4 S gets an upgraded Ohlins electronic suspension with the same NPX-30 pressurised forks and TTX36 monoshock for enhanced ride quality.

The Panigale V4 and the V4 S feature a 1,103cc Stradale four-cylinder engine that delivers 216bhp and 120Nm of torque. The bikes come with a 6-speed gearbox and a quickshifter as standard for smooth gear shifts. Ducati has also improved the powertrain for better control and upgraded the cooling system for better heat management.
Riders can choose from four riding modes—Full, High, Medium, and Low—to suit their riding style. The advanced electronic aids include traction control, slide control, and wheelie control, improving safety and performance.

The Panigale V4 and the V4 S launch marks the start of Ducati’s major expansion in India. The brand plans to introduce 13 more motorcycles in 2025, strengthening its presence in the Indian market and offering riders a wider selection of high-performance bikes.
