MG Comet EV Blackstorm Edition

MG's Comet marks the brand's first electric vehicle to sport the Blackstorm badge. It is based on the top-spec Exclusive variant, and has a price tag of Rs 7.80 lakh, with an additional battery rental charge of Rs 2.50 per kilometre. Bookings are underway with a token of Rs 11,000. The Comet Blackstorm edition has a bold all-black exterior, with red accents on the alloy wheels and branding on the bonnet. It boasts a Blackstorm badge on the front fenders.

Inside, the car sports a stylish fusion of white and grey hues, complemented by black seats, each featuring the signature ‘Blackstorm’ emblem. Other than this, the car remains the same, with a 17.3kWh battery, delivering an impressive range of 230 kilometres.

The Hyundai Exter Knight Edition, introduced in July last year, brings a bold new look to the lineup with its bold, all-black treatment. It comes with blacked-out badges, stylish alloy wheels, skid plates at both the front and rear, and a cohesive upholstery design that matches the seats and dashboard. To add a contrasting touch, red highlights are strategically placed on the brake callipers, grille, AC vents, and seats. The special edition is offered in the higher-spec SX and SX(O) Connect variants. While the powertrain and features stay the same as the regular model, the Knight Edition’s striking design makes it a standout. Pricing for the Exter Knight Edition falls between Rs 8.46 lakh and Rs 10.50 lakh.

The Altroz Dark Edition is available in two variants: XZ Plus S and XZ S Plus Lux offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. Prices for the Dark Edition start at Rs 9.50 lakh and Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). The special edition brings a striking design overhaul, featuring a bold appearance with a blacked-out grille and alloy wheels. Dark chrome accents are incorporated into the grille and tailgate, while the front fender has the Dark Edition badge. Inside, the theme continues with a sophisticated cabin design and specially crafted seat upholstery, highlighted by dark embossing on the seat backrests.

The Hyundai Venue Knight Edition is offered in the top-spec S(O), SX, and SX(O) variants, with options for both turbo-petrol and naturally-aspirated petrol engines. It has an all-black theme, highlighted by copper accents on select exterior and interior elements. The special edition comes equipped with a dual-camera dash cam.

The Nexon lineup also features a bold Dark Edition, available in a variety of variants such as Creative, Creative Plus, Creative Plus S, Fearless, and Fearless Plus S. The special edition gets an all-black exterior and interior, with exclusive ‘Dark Edition’ badges on the front fenders. The Nexon Dark Edition comes with both turbo-petrol and diesel engine options.

Though the darker edition looks bold, the features and safety specifications are on par with the standard model. It is priced between Rs 11.70 lakh and Rs 15.60 lakh (both, ex-showroom).
