Toyota Kirloskar Motor has increased the prices of the Innova Hycross MPV across both hybrid and non-hybrid variants. The price hike for hybrid models is up to Rs 36,000, while non-hybrid variants see an increase of as much as Rs 17,000. As a result, the model's price starts at Rs 19.94 lakh and goes up to Rs 31.34 lakh (both, ex-showroom). The vehicle is offered in six variants: GX, GX(O), VX, VX(O), ZX, and ZX(O). The non-hybrid GX and GX(O) variants have seen a price increase of Rs 17,000, while the VX and VX(O) variants have gone up by up to Rs 35,000. The top-of-the-line ZX and ZX(O) variants now cost Rs 36,000 more. Notably, this is the second price rise for the Hycross hybrid in 2024. In April, when the bookings reopened, the company hiked prices for hybrid variants, with the ZX and ZX(O) models seeing a Rs 30,000 increase, and the VX and VX(O) variants getting a Rs 25,000 hike.

The Hycross recently achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 1 lakh units sold in India, demonstrating its strong market performance. The premium MPV reached 50,000 units in February 2024, and in just about nine months, it has doubled that figure. Since its debut in November 2022, the Innova Hycross has gained traction for its combination of reliability, spaciousness, and hybrid powertrain. With its fuel efficiency, comfort, and premium features, the model has attracted both family and commercial buyers. This sales achievement, reached in just two years, underscores the growing demand and success of the vehicle in India’s competitive automotive sector.
Toyota Innova Hycross: Mechanical Specs
The Hycross comes with two engine options: a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated (NA) petrol engine and a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, strong hybrid powertrain. The hybrid variant, featuring an e-CVT transmission, produces a total of 183bhp, with the petrol engine generating 188Nm of torque and the electric motor contributing 206Nm. The petrol-only version, equipped with a CVT gearbox, delivers 173bhp and 209Nm of torque. The vehicle offers a driving range of 1,208 km.
The hybrid versions are claimed to deliver a fuel efficiency of 23.24km/l, while the petrol variants have a fuel efficiency of 16.13km/l.

The Toyota model offers seven distinct paint options: Avant Garde Bronze Metallic, Attitude Black Mica, Super White, Silver Metallic, Blackish Ageha Glass Flake, Platinum White Pearl, and Sparkling Black Pearl Crystal Shine.

In terms of features, the MPV comes equipped with a range of high-end amenities, including leatherette seats, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, second-row ottoman seats, six airbags, electronic stability control, ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, dual-zone climate control, a 7-inch digital driver's display, front and rear parking sensors, 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
