In the Indian market, the base price of the Toyota Glanza hatchback is Rs 6.81 lakh (ex-showroom). There are four different versions of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno-based hatchback available: E, S, G, and V. Speaking of its current waiting period, customers who wish to reserve the premium hatchback this month will have to wait for delivery for about four weeks or one month. This waiting duration is valid across the country and is effective from the date of booking. Furthermore, this timeframe varies according to factors like colour options, location, variant, and dealership. Interested customers are advised to contact their local dealers or visit their nearest Toyota dealership to learn more about the same. The carmaker has also revealed the waiting period for several other popular models like the Hilux, the Innova Hycross, and the Fortuner.

Toyota Glanza: Exterior and Powertrain Details
In terms of design, the Glanza and the Baleno have the same fundamental shape. However, Toyota made some changes to the former last year to set the two apart. Most of these modifications were concentrated on Glanza's front fascia. The fog lamp housing, the air dam, and the grille were all replaced. There is also a difference in the alloy wheels.
Coming to the powertrain, the Glanza comes with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated (NA) petrol mill and a factory-installed CNG kit. Going into further details, the petrol engine is coupled with an AMT unit and a five-speed manual transmission to crank out 89bhp of maximum power and 113Nm of peak torque in standard mode. However, the CNG models with the manual transmission develop a maximum torque of 98.5Nm along with 76bhp of peak power.
Toyota Glanza: Interior Features and Safety Suite
On the feature front, the Glanza boasts the same amenities as the Maruti Suzuki's Baleno. There's a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, a head-up display, voice assistance, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, and cruise control.
The hatchback further has numerous safety features, including ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, vehicle stability control (VSC), hill hold assist (AMT only), and six airbags.

Toyota Glanza: Market Rivals
Several well-known models such as the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, the Tata Altroz, and the Hyundai i20 pose as the direct competitors of the Toyota Glanza hatchback in the domestic market.
