With the arrival of 2025, Tata Motors has joined other automakers in revising the prices of its vehicles. Alongside this, the company has rolled out MY25 updates for select models, including the Tiago, Tigor, Tiago EV, and Nexon. The price of Tata’s best-selling SUV, the Punch, has also been increased, with the hike ranging from Rs 7,000 to Rs 17,000, depending on the variant. As a result, the Punch’s updated ex-showroom prices now fall between Rs 6.20 lakh and Rs 10.32 lakh.

Tata Punch ICE: Powertrain and Features

The Tata Punch is powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Revotron petrol engine, delivering 86.63bhp at 6,000rpm and 115Nm of torque at 3,250rpm. This naturally aspirated engine is available with either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission. In the CNG version, the same 1.2-litre engine generates 72bhp and 103Nm of torque, but it is exclusively paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. Like the Altroz CNG, the Punch CNG incorporates a dual-cylinder setup in the boot, ensuring efficient space utilization and improved practicality.
