Tata Curvv, Curvv EV Get Discounts of up to Rs 50,000 in February
The Tata Curvv is priced between Rs 9.99 lakh and Rs 19.19 lakh, while the Curvv EV ranges from Rs 17.49 lakh to Rs 21.99 lakh, ex-showroom.

The Tata Curvv SUV now comes with discounts of up to Rs 50,000, depending on the variant. The MY2025 petrol and diesel models qualify for a scrappage bonus of up to Rs 20,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 13,793. For the MY2024 variants, the maximum Rs 50,000 discount includes Rs 30,000 cash off across all variants. Offers may vary by dealership and stock availability. The electric version receives a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus and a Rs 19,048 exchange bonus. These offers are available until the end of the month. For the uninitiated, the homegrown carmaker has also introduced a fresh Nitro Crimson paint job for the Curvv, expanding the palette to seven options: Daytona Grey, Gold Essence, Opera Blue, Flame Red, Pure Grey, Pristine White, and Nitro Crimson.
Tata Curvv, Curvv EV: Engine and Battery Details

The Curvv ICE offers three engine choices: a 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol (Hyperion), a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (Revotron), and a 1.5-litre diesel. The newly introduced Hyperion engine delivers 123bhp at 5,000rpm and 225Nm of torque between 1,700 and 3,500rpm. The other two powertrains, already seen in the Nexon, produce 118bhp and 170Nm (turbo-petrol) and 116bhp and 260Nm (diesel). A six-speed manual gearbox is standard across all variants, while a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is available as an option.

The Tata EV is equipped with a liquid-cooled Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMS) and comes with two battery pack options: 45kWh and 55kWh. The motor generates 148bhp with the smaller battery and 165bhp with the larger one, while torque remains consistent at 215Nm for both configurations. The 45kWh battery is offered in the Accomplished, Creative, and Accomplished+ S variants, whereas the 55kWh battery is available in the Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered+, and Empowered+ A trims. In terms of range, the smaller battery delivers up to 502 km on a full charge, while the larger pack extends the driving range to 585 km.

The Curvv ICE’s cabin shares similarities with the Nexon but offers more premium features and a variety of interior colour choices. Key highlights include a panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charging, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, multi-colour ambient lighting, a 9-speaker JBL audio system, ventillated front seats, cruise control, and automatic climate control with rear AC vents. For safety, Tata’s SUV coupe is equipped with six airbags, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), Level-2 ADAS, and a 360-degree camera, enhancing both security and driving convenience.
Coming to the EV, it has a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, a wireless charging pad, front-ventilated seats, a JBL sound system, a 12.3-inch free-floating infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, auto-dimming IRVM (inside rearview mirrors), ambient lighting, a touch-enabled AC panel, front ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

The Curvv ICE competes head-on with the Citroen Basalt while also presenting itself as a viable alternative to models like the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, and the Skoda Kushaq. Meanwhile, the Curvv EV directly rivals the Mahindra XUV400, BYD Atto 3, and the Tata Nexon EV.
