Kia has registered its fourth highest-ever monthly sales in October 2023. In the said month, the South Korean company's Indian branch dispatched a total of 24,351 vehicles, which is an increase from 23,323 units sold in the same month last year, showing a 4.41% year-over-year rise. The Seltos was the most popular and the top-selling model in the month with 12,362 units. Moreover, the sales of the Sonet and the Carens also contributed to the feat, with 6,493 units and 5,355 units sold, respectively. However, the all-electric EV6 was only sold in 141 units. Furthermore, between January and October of this year, the carmaker delivered 2,19,702 units, with the Seltos SUV accounting for 83,250 numbers. The SUV was followed by the Sonet and the Carens with 73,333 units, and 60,817 units respectively during this period. It is worth noting that the automaker launched the updated version of the Seltos in July at a starting price of Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom).

Kia October 2023 Sales: What the Company Has to Say?
Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head, of Sales & Marketing, Kia India said, "During the festive season, our customers' positive outlook has helped us achieve our fourth-highest monthly sales ever in India. The fact that our products like the Seltos, Sonet, and Carens continue to dominate in their respective segment, despite multiple new launches by competition, is a major accomplishment. We are working towards maintaining the same momentum in the coming months”.

Kia Carnival Facelift Exterior Globally Revealed
Kia recently unveiled the exterior of the Carnival Facelift for the foreign market. For India, the automaker has not revealed any specifics yet. However, market reports suggest that the Carnival in its new guise will arrive in India sometime next year. The Carnival MPV receives a bigger tiger-nose grille, L-shaped headlights, and LED daytime running lights at the front in the global-spec version. Moreover, the international-spec model has a new rear bumper, fresh L-shaped LED taillamps, and a connected LED light bar. A faux brushed aluminium skid plate, and the same dual-tone alloy wheels as the EV5 and EV9 are some of the other design elements of the globally revealed MPV.
