Royal Enfield and REV'IT! have partnered to launch a new apparel line for motorcycling enthusiasts. Under the partnership, the companies offer all-weather riding gear, including jackets, gloves, and trousers, with a focus being on 'protection, comfort, and adaptability'. Royal Enfield says the all-weather products get detachable liners, advanced armours, and extensive adjustability to ensure optimal performance and safety.
The new apparel collection is split into two product lines – Sahara Air and Darcha Pro. The former set includes the Sahara H20 riding jacket with CE certification to 'Class AA' as well as gloves constructed with durable mesh stretch fabrics and a TPR knuckle protector. Price-wise, the Sahara H20 is available at Rs 26,990, while the gloves engineered for summer rides can be had at Rs 8,990. The gloves are CE-certified to Class KP1.

Meanwhile, the latter – Darcha Pro riding gear – includes the jacket that is also CE-certified to 'Class AA'. Designed for optimal movement, the Darcha Pro riding jacket flaunts SEEFLEX CE-Level 2 protection at the shoulders and elbows. Plus, it sports reflective detailing for enhanced visibility. It is priced higher than the Sahara H20 jacket at Rs 29,990.
Along with the jacket, the Darcho Pro line of products also includes riding trousers featuring a detachable thermal line for cold days and a hydratex waterproof liner for rain, as well as gloves that come with a new TPR knuckle protector and sliders for enhanced protection. These gloves are touchscreen-compatible and cost you Rs 10,990. As for the trousers, interested buyers will have to shell out Rs 22,990.

In other news, the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is slated to be launched on September 1, 2024, with test rides and bookings also commencing on the same day. Unveiled on August 12 in India, the upcoming Classic 350 with its modern features and new colourways is expected to command a slight premium over the 2021 model.
