Renault is providing discounts on its entire lineup of vehicles, including the Kwid, the Triber, and the Kiger. This comes as a relief for those seeking to bring home any of these models in February. Corporate discounts, exchange and loyalty bonuses, and cash discounts are a few of the perks. Offers are valid for models from both the MY23 and MY24. For those who don't know, the carmaker modified the Kwid, Kiger, and Triber models in India last month. According to the firm, the update has been introduced in an effort to initiate the 'Renaulution' in the country. As part of the revamp, Renault India has added new features and fresh variants to its vehicle portfolio for the 2024 model year. Meanwhile, here are all the relevant details regarding the model-wise available discounts on the French auto manufacturer's current model range.
Renault Kwid February Discounts
In February 2024, Rs 60,000 worth of discounts and bonuses are being offered on Renault's entry-level Kwid model. A cash discount of Rs 30,000, an exchange incentive of Rs 20,000, and loyalty rewards valued at Rs 10,000 are all included in the overall benefits. Additionally, the company offers certain customers corporate discounts of up to Rs 12,000. Mechanically, the Kwid hatchback is powered by an 800cc three-cylinder engine producing 52bhp at peak output and 72Nm when combined with a manual five-speed transmission. A more powerful 1.0-litre engine with 67bhp and 91Nm of torque is also offered as an option. For this powertrain, five-speed automated manual or five-speed manual transmissions are also available. The Renault Kwid's ex-showroom price ranges from Rs 4.70 lakh to Rs 6.45 lakh.
Renault Kiger February Discounts
Based on the same chassis as the Kwid, the Renault Kiger crossover gets price incentives of Rs 65,000 this month. This discount consists of a Rs 35,000 cash discount, a Rs 20,000 exchange incentive, and Rs 10,000 in loyalty rewards. Like the Kwid, the Kiger is eligible for corporate discounts of up to Rs 12,000 as well. The Renault Kiger has two engine options: a 1-litre NA and a 1-litre turbo-petrol. The naturally aspirated (NA) mill generates 71bhp of maximum power and 96Nm of torque, while the turbocharged unit makes 99bhp and 152Nm. These engines can be paired with a CVT (turbo-petrol), a five-speed AMT (NA-petrol), or a five-speed manual transmission. The cost of the Kiger starts from Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 11.23 lakh (ex-showroom).
Renault Triber February Discounts
In the sub-4-metre segment, Renault offers a seven-seater vehicle called the Triber. The brand is giving away incentives worth a total of Rs 55,000. These benefits include a cash discount of Rs 25,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000, and loyalty rewards worth Rs 10,000. Several buyers can also receive an additional Rs 12,000 in the form of a corporate discount, just like with the Kwid and Kiger. Under the hood, a 1.0-litre NA petrol engine that complies with BS6 2.0 regulations, propells the Renault MUV. This mill can belt out 96Nm of peak torque and 71bhp of maximum power. An AMT or a five-speed manual transmission can be coupled with this engine. The price range for the Renault Triber is Rs 6.97 lakh to Rs 8.97 lakh. Both figures are ex-showroom.
