At a recent investors' meeting, Tata Motors revealed that the highly-anticipated Sierra SUV will make its grand debut here in the second half of next year. The car will be available in two configurations: internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric. The latter will hit our market first, followed by the former possibly a month later. The Tata Sierra EV, which was shown as a concept that appeared to be nearing production over two years ago, is likely to be based on Tata's acti.ev architecture, which also supports the Curvv EV and the Punch EV. For the uninitiated, the electric concept that debuted at Auto Expo 2020 was based on Altroz's ALFA platform.
