Ola Electric now has more than fifty experience centres across the country.
Bengaluru-based EV startup Ola Electric has expanded the reach of its D2C network with the inauguration of fourteen new Ola experience centres across eleven Indian cities – three experience centres in Bangalore, two in Pune, and one in each Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Vadodara, Kota, Nagpur, Dehradun, and Ranchi.
The firm had previously stated that it will open more than 200 experience centres in India by March 2023, but it now intends to reach this goal by the end of 2022. The Ola experience centres serve as a one-stop solution for all e-scooter maintenance and post-sale services. Prospective buyers can test drive the S1 and S1 Pro at Ola experience centres, get assistance with the purchase, and learn more about financing options.
Commenting on the expansion, Anshul Khandelwal, CMO, Ola Electric, said, 'EV enthusiasts are absolutely loving the holistic experience that Ola Experience Centres offer by serving as go-to places for them to touch and feel our products, clarify their queries, and avail support both before and after purchase.'
“To ensure that more and more people get to experience our products in the most immersive way possible, we are rapidly increasing our offline footprint across the country with an aim to open a total of 200 of these centres by the end of this year,' he further added.
More than one lakh test rides have already been organised by Ola across India with the help of its experience centres and the recent increase of physical contact points through its solid D2C model.
