Eight new Nissan-Datsun service outlets will be opened in partnership with MyTVS in Tamil Nadu.

Nissan and MyTVS has joined hands to strengthen the service reach for Nissan and Datsun customers in the Indian market. The partnership will see Nissan and MyTVS open eight new Nissan Authorised Service Points (NASP) in Tamil Nadu, in addition to its own dealer network of 23 outlets in the region. The service centres will also be catering to Datsun customers.

For the uninitiated, MyTVS is a TVS Automobile Solutions owned brand that is one of the country’s largest car service networks. The aforementioned NASP outlets will be offering service and repair jobs for Nissan and Datsun branded vehicles. The service centres will be offering genuine parts and consumable service parts replacement (such as oil filters and brake pads). According to Nissan, the company will be gradually increasing its customer touch points with NASP outlets in other parts of the country in a soon while.

Commenting on the development, Guillaume Sicard, President of Nissan India, said:  “Increased options and more convenient access to car servicing makes our customers happier. We are always striving to enhance the pleasure of owning a Nissan or Datsun car in India. Our partnership with MyTVS shows Nissan’s unwavering commitment to improving convenience and satisfaction for our customers.”
