In September last year, JSW MG Motor India rolled out the Windsor EV, introducing traditional ownership pricing and a subscription-based "Battery as a Service" (BaaS) model. Recently, the model bagged the Green Car of the Year title at the latest edition of the prestigious Indian Car of the Year (ICOTY) awards. Available in three trims (Excite, Essence, and Exclusive), the original price of the Windsor stood between Rs 13.50 lakh and Rs 15.50 lakh, but within four months, prices were raised by Rs 50,000 across all variants, signalling the end of the introductory pricing period.
