The prices of some Maruti Suzuki S-Presso models have been reduced in India, making it a great time to buy the hatchback. The core trim levels of the car include Std, LXi, VXi, and VXi+. However, the recent price drop applies only to the VXi (O) and VXi+ (O) models with automatic transmissions. The VXi (O) AMT and VXi+ (O) AMT versions are now priced at Rs 5.71 lakh and Rs 6 lakh, respectively, after a discount of Rs 5,000. The cost of other versions remains the same. Metallic Silky Silver, Solid Sizzle Orange, Solid Fire Red, Metallic Granite Grey, Pearl Starry Blue, Pearl Midnight Black, and Solid White constitute the seven paint choices that Maruti Suzuki offers for the S-Presso in India. If you are planning to buy this Maruti Suzuki hatchback this month, here's all you need to know about the engine and features.

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso: Engine and Features

A 1.0-litre K10C petrol engine coupled with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission powers the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso. It generates 89Nm at 3,500rpm and 67bhp at 5,500rpm. The hatchback claims a fuel efficiency of 25.30km/l for the AMT variant and up to 24.6km/l for the manual version. The car also comes with a CNG option, offered on LXi and VXi trims. In CNG mode, the motor produces 56bhp and 82Nm while using only a manual 5-speed gearbox.

The Maruti Suzuki S-Presso is equipped with multiple features, such as dual front airbags, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a semi-digital instrument cluster, keyless entry, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, and seatbelt reminders.
