The MyNexa Concierge will cater to present and future Nexa customers, travelling out of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
In its bid to strengthen its Nexa ‘premium’ outlets, Maruti Suzuki has opened a customer lounge at T3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. Called the “MyNexa Concierge”, the airport lounge will cater exclusively to current and future customers of Nexa dealerships.
Customers who have enrolled under Maruti Suzuki’s MyNexa loyalty program will be able to avail the hospitality services for free at the lounge. This lounge has a sitting area for 6 people with free wi-fi, and a choice of food and beverage from Starbucks. In case, a customer has not registered for MyNexa loyalty program at the time of the purchase of the car, they can buy it on the spot and avail the services from next trip onwards. Apart from that, the Nexa lounge at T3 also has a display space for two cars, where prospective customers can come and experience their products.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. R S Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “MyNexa Concierge airport display and lounge is an initiative which helps us create another touch point to engage and connect with our customers. MyNexa Concierge represents our desire to create new and unique experiences for customers. We are committed to introduce distinctive initiatives, as Nexa redefines the purchase and ownership experience of customers.”
Since its inception in July 2015, the Nexa chain of sales outlets has grown to 150 dealerships in 94 cities. Over 1 lakh cars – S-Cross and Baleno – have been sold through the outlets across the country. Going forward, the Nexa dealerships will get two new models by the end of 2016 namely, Baleno RS and Ignis. Maruti Suzuki has also confirmed that it’s currently working on opening separate aftersales outlet for Nexa customers.
