Maruti Suzuki e Vitara Crash Test
Maruti Suzuki is gearing up for the launch of its e Vitara electric SUV, as crash test images of the vehicle have surfaced online. These tests appear to be internal assessments rather than official evaluations by Bharat NCAP, Global NCAP, or Euro NCAP. With past criticism over safety ratings, Maruti Suzuki seems committed to improving the safety of its vehicles, ensuring better protection for drivers and passengers.
The e Vitara will offer two battery options in India: a 49kWh and a 61kWh pack. The 49kWh version comes with a two-wheel-drive system, delivering 142bhp and 189Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the 61kWh variant provides more flexibility, with a single-motor, two-wheel-drive setup producing 172bhp and 189Nm torque or a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive version generating 181bhp and 300Nm of torque.
