Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is renowned for providing discounts all year round. The firm is keeping up its recent trend of offering discounts on a range of its vehicles through both the Arena and Nexa dealership networks for the month of July. Customers who are interested can take advantage of these offers on the Ignis, the Ciaz, and the Baleno in the form of exchange offers, cash discounts, as well as corporate benefits. For its Nexa range of cars, the leading Indian auto major is offering total discounts of up to Rs 64,000 with the maximum benefits being offered on the Nexa's entry-level model, the Ignis hatchback. Maruti Suzuki Baleno
The petrol manual and CNG versions of the Baleno are discounted by up to Rs 20,000 by Maruti Suzuki Nexa dealers, while the automatic version is discounted by up to Rs 17,500. Maruti Suzuki is currently giving a discount on the CNG models for the first time in a number of months. A cash discount and an exchange offer are included in the benefits, however, the Baleno does not qualify for any corporate discounts.
Available in four variants, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno only has a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with idle stop/start technology that produces 88.5bhp of maximum power and 113Nm of peak torque. There are two transmission options: a 5-speed manual or Maruti's AGS automatic manual. Both the manual and AGS-equipped Baleno offers reasonable fuel economy, with the former delivering 22.3km/l and the latter 22.9km/l. The Baleno, which debuted in 2022, always came with a number of security features as standard. For additional safety, there is a 360-degree camera, electronic stability program (ESP) with hill hold, driver and passenger airbags, side airbags, curtain airbags, reverse parking sensors, rearview camera, seat belt reminder, brake assist, high-speed alert system, seat belt pre-tensioner / force limiter, and ISOFIX anchorages.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis
The entry-level product in the Nexa lineup, the Ignis, was first unveiled in 2017. For this month, benefits for all manual models totalling up to Rs 64,000, and Rs 54,000 for the automatic variant are now available. Cash discounts, exchange offers of Rs 25,000, as well as corporate discounts of Rs 4,000 are some of the available benefits with the car.
Maruti Suzuki's 1.2-litre petrol engine has been recently modified and now delivers 82bhp of maximum power and 113Nm of peak torque. The motor is coupled to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The Ignis is available in six monotone colours: Turquoise Blue, Lucent Orange, Nexa Blue, Glistening Grey, Silky Silver, and Pearl Artic White. The other three dual-tone hues are Lucent Orange with a black roof, Nexa Blue with a silver roof, and Nexa Blue with a black roof. The 2023 Ignis faces competition from its popular stablemate - the Maruti Suzuki Swift, in addition to the Hyundai i10 Grand, and the Tata Tiago.

Maruti Suzuki Ciaz
In the Nexa lineup, the Ciaz is one of the vehicles that has been around the longest and offers discounts of up to Rs 38,000 on both its manual and automatic versions. Moreover, customers may take advantage of exchange benefits worth Rs 25,000, corporate discounts of Rs 3,000, as well as a cash discount of Rs 10,000.
The carmaker launched the updated Ciaz with dual-tone colour options this year at an introductory price of Rs 11.14 lakh (ex-showroom). On the feature front, the new ESP (Electronic Stability Program) with Hill Hold Assist is now standard on the 2023 Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. Additionally, the feature package includes dual airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and rear parking sensors. The 2023 Ciaz's dimensions are 4,490mm in length, 1,730mm in width, and 1,480mm in height. A 1.5-litre petrol engine with mild hybrid technology powers the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, keeping with the same drivetrain. The engine produces 103bhp of maximum power at 6000rpm and 138Nm of maximum torque at 4400rpm when paired to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic gearbox.
