Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Brezza, Swift, Ignis and More Get Discounts of up to Rs 65,000 in October

With the onset of the festive season, several major auto manufacturers have rolled out attractive offers and deals across their model range. Maruti Suzuki is also keeping up with this trend as it has announced discounts of up to Rs 65, 000 on models like the Brezza, the Ignis, the Baleno, and more.

The festive season is upon us and leading automakers are putting forth effort to attract customers with attractive deals and discount offers. Maruti Suzuki, which is also keeping pace with the market competition, has announced some impressive deals on several of its Nexa and Arena models. The newly announced offer is now available to potential customers through corporate discounts, exchange offers, extended warranty periods, and more. Furthermore, it should be noted that the festive discounts are only available for a limited period. For the uninitiated, the Arena dealership network celebrated its sixth anniversary recently after selling over 70 lakh cars during this time. So, if you're looking to buy a Maruti Suzuki, you can visit your nearest authorised dealership to learn more about these offers.

Maruti Suzuki Celerio

A total discount of up to Rs 59,000 is available on the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, which includes a consumer offer of up to Rs 35,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000, and a corporate discount of Rs 4,000. For the customers who wish to purchase the model in its CNG form, the consumer discount amounts to Rs 30,000 instead of Rs 35,000. The rest of the offers, however, remain the same.

The K10C DualJet 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, produces 66bhp of maximum power and 89Nm of peak torque. The Celerio has a claimed fuel efficiency of 26.86km/l and comes with an idle start/stop technology. Further, a 5-speed manual transmission is paired with an onboard CNG engine that produces 56bhp and 82Nm. The Celerio is the first vehicle from the manufacturer to come in a CNG version.  

Maruti Suzuki Swift

A Rs 25,000 cash discount, a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, and a Rs 4,000 corporate discount are all applicable on the Maruti Suzuki Swift hatchback. The CNG version, however, only provides a Rs 25,000 consumer offer. The firm is providing a corporate discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange incentive of Rs 10,000 for the Dzire, its sedan sibling.

The Swift's 88bhp, 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine is offered with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT transmission. It competes with the Tata Tiago and the all-new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. The hatchback comes standard with a 7-inch Smart Play infotainment system, dual-pod gauge cluster, taillights, and an idle start/stop feature. Automatic air conditioning, cruise control, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso

Now let's talk about the Maruti S-Presso. It comes with a consumer offer of Rs 30,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000, and a corporate discount of Rs 4,000. On the contrary, the CNG versions receive a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus in addition to a Rs 30,000 consumer offer.

The S-Presso is powered by a K10C engine that produces 66bhp and 89Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission and an AMT gearbox are available. The AMT version offers a fuel economy of 25.30km/l and the manual version up to 24.6km/l. 

Maruti Suzuki Wagon R

A Rs 25,000 consumer discount, a Rs 20,000 exchange incentive, and a Rs 4,000 corporate discount are all being offered on the Wagon-R. The CNG version, though, does not qualify for a corporate discount.

Wagon R Final

The Maruti Suzuki Wagon R comes with two engine options, both of which meet BS6 phase-2 emission standards. The first is a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine with 89Nm of peak torque and 65bhp of maximum output. The 1.0-litre K-Series CNG engine makes 55bhp and 82Nm of torque. The other engine option is a more powerful 1.2-litre 4-cylinder K-Series petrol engine found in higher-end variants. This engine generates 88bhp and 113Nm of torque. Interested buyers can choose between an AMT and a 5-speed manual transmission.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800

Customers who want to bring home a Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 this month could get an exchange bonus of up to Rs 15,000. However, the hatchback does not receive a cash or corporate discount. Its older sibling, the Alto K10, gets benefits worth up to Rs 49,000, including a consumer bonus of Rs 30,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000, and a corporate discount of Rs 4,000.

A 1.0-litre, three-cylinder K10C petrol engine with 66bhp and 89Nm of torque powers the Alto K10. It competes with the Renault Kwid in the Indian market. Meanwhile, the Alto 800 has a tried-and-tested 800cc engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza

The Brezza is undoubtedly one of the best-selling models for the leading automaker. Benefits for the petrol MT and AMT versions of the midsize SUV can reach up to Rs 45,000, while the CNG variant can receive up to Rs 20,000 in total benefits.

There are currently four Maruti Suzuki Brezza versions to choose from: LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+. The Brezza is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine producing 102bhp and 137Nm of torque. The CNG variant has the same engine, however it generates 86.6bhp and 121.5Nm of torque when operating on CNG rather than 99bhp and 136Nm when running on petrol. The petrol version also has a 6-speed automatic transmission; however, the CNG variation only has a 5-speed manual transmission.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno

The Baleno's petrol manual and petrol-automatic models both get discounts of up to Rs 40,000, while the CNG-powered model is eligible for a hefty discount of Rs 55,000. With a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT transmission, the Baleno's 1.2-litre engine produces 88.5bhp and 113Nm. This engine is excellent for city driving because of its high efficiency. There is a CNG variation using the same engine for customers seeking even higher fuel efficiency. Power output in CNG mode is limited to the 5-speed manual gearbox and drops to 77bhp and 98.5Nm.

Maruti Suzuki Ignis

Benefits for the Maruti Suzuki Ignis (MT) go as high as Rs 65,000, while offers for automatic gearbox versions are up to Rs 60,000. A 1.2-litre engine with 82bhp and 113Nm of torque powers the Ignis. The compact hatchback has a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission option; CNG is not an option.
