The XUV700 SUV has been one of Mahindra's well-liked models in India, as evidenced by its lengthy waiting list since its launch in 2021. Recently, the waiting period for the SUV has significantly dropped in Bengaluru. The Mahindra XUV700 waiting duration was once as much as 48 weeks, but it has now dropped to around 40 weeks. There is no official confirmation, however, market reports claim that the decline in the time is due to an increase in manufacturing of the XUV700 by the firm. Price-wise, the SUV retails between Rs 14.01 lakh and Rs 26.18 lakh (both are ex-showroom figures). Mahindra Thar: Waiting Period

Mahindra Thar 5-door Heading For Global Debut
Mahindra has officially confirmed that the much-awaited Thar 5-door will make its premiere worldwide in South Africa on August 15. Mahindra has been active in South Africa, a key market for the automaker, since 1996. Speaking of the powertrain, the more formidable 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines will power the Thar 5-door variant. Mahindra might decide not to use the 1.5-litre engine because there is no tax benefit. The maximum power output of the 2.0-litre gasoline engine will be 150bhp, while the peak power output of the 2.2-litre diesel will be 130bhp.
