The Mahindra XUV 3XO, a facelifted version of the XUV300, has a waiting period of up to six months in India from the booking date. The SUV's petrol models are in higher demand than its diesel variants. The Mahindra XUV 3XO is available in nine models (MX1, MX2, MX2 Pro, MX3, MX3 Pro, AX5, AX5 Luxury, AX7, and AX7 Luxury), and three engine options (1.2-litre turbo-petrol, 1.2-litre direct injection turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel). Mahindra XUV 3XO: Powertrain
The 1.2-litre turbo-petrol unit produces 110bhp and 200Nm, while the 1.2-litre TGDi turbo-petrol generates 129bhp and 230Nm. The 1.5-litre diesel engine, on the other hand, develops 115bhp and 300Nm. The SUV has a new 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission for petrol engines. While a 6-speed manual transmission is standard, the diesel engine also includes an optional 6-speed AMT.
The SUV claims a 0-60km/h sprint time of 4.5 seconds and up to 20.1 km/l fuel efficiency. It gets three different drive modes (Zap, Zoom, and Zip) for petrol automatic models.

The Mahindra SUV comes fitted with a host of comfort and safety features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with an AdrenoX operating system, a panoramic sunroof (first in its class), wireless phone charging, a revised centre console, a 7-speaker Harman Kardon system, a fully digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, six airbags as standard, electronic stability control (ESC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a suite of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

In India, the Mahindra XUV 3XO faces stiff competition from a range of models in the segment such as the Kia Sonet, the Tata Nexon, the Hyundai Venue, and the Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
