In less than 2.5 years, the Mahindra Thar has reached this production milestone, showing the SUV's growing appeal and popularity in the country. The Thar is now offered in both 4x4 and RWD versions, giving buyers a variety of options. The all-new Thar was first unveiled in August 2020, and deliveries started in October 2020. It featured a new design language, more capabilities, and options for both petrol and diesel engines with MT and AT gearboxes. The new Thar, which was first launched in 4x4 versions, is now also offered in RWD variants, making it more reasonably priced than before.
