Lexus India Registers 19% Sales Growth in FY 2024-25
Lexus India recorded a 17% growth in the first quarter of 2025. March was a record-breaking month, with the brand achieving its highest sales to date.

Lexus India has reported a strong performance for the fiscal year 2024-25, with a 19% increase in sales compared to the previous year. This growth continued into the first quarter of 2025, with a 17% rise over the same period in 2024. March 2025 was a standout month, marking the highest sales ever recorded by the brand. Although Lexus didn’t disclose exact figures, it attributed the success to popular models like the NX, RX, and LM. The NX saw impressive growth, while the RX maintained steady demand. Together, these SUV models recorded a 63% increase in sales compared to March 2024. Building on this positive momentum, the LM model continued its strong performance, and the LX received a significant and positive response in bookings.

Other Highlights
Lexus introduced the 2025 LX 500d in India last month, with several feature upgrades and the new Overtrail variant designed for off-road enthusiasts. The SUV is priced at Rs 3 crore for the Urban variant, while the rugged Overtrail variant costs Rs 3.12 crore, both ex-showroom.
The Overtrail edition is distinguished by its tough, adventure-ready design, which includes a darkened grille, 18-inch grey alloy wheels with all-terrain tyres, and bold black body cladding. It is offered in a unique Moon Desert paint finish, complemented by a Khakhi-inspired interior. Both variants are powered by a 3.3-litre V6 diesel engine that generates 304.7bhp and 700Nm, coupled with a 10-speed automatic transmission and 4-wheel drive.
