The experience centre in Gurugram becomes the country's first & Kia's second BEAT360 centre. The first centre was opened by Kia in Seoul, Korea.
Kia Motors India (KMI) has taken the next step to enhance the brand experience for prospective customers by inaugurating the country's first brand experience centre in Gurugram. Called the BEAT360, the centre features specially curated zones to bring visitors closer to the brand’s futuristic vision and offers a unique insight into Kia’s brand DNA. Spread across 5,280 sq.ft., the brand experience centre is divided into the Surround Media Zone, Café & Mixed Reality Zone.
The Surround zone engages the audience by showcasing Kia’s futuristic vision film on an 11m wide surround screen. Additionally, the visitors will experience a Kia car in motion through the turntable technology. The Café, as the name suggests, offers visitors complimentary beverages. The third 'Mixed Reality' zone offers visitors a chance to experience the brand & its products. A visit to any of the three zones will be governed by a BEAT360 digital visitor registration. Additionally, visitors can even configure a Kia model of their choice at the Car Configurator zone.
Sharing his thoughts on BEAT360's India debut, Mr Kookhyun Shim, MD & CEO of KMI said, 'Kia BEAT360 is a first-of-its-kind concept in India that envisions our futuristic methods of engaging with consumers, in line with the brand philosophy of "The Power to Surprise." It is about imagination and inspiration - it is a visual representation of Kia’s brand values under one roof and has been curated to bring the customers much closer to the brand DNA.'
Kia Motors India will soon be launching more such brand experience centres in multiple Indian metros.
