Kawasaki Ninja 650, Vulcan S Get Discounts of up to Rs 60,000 in July

Kawasaki is providing discounts on its two popular models, the Ninja 650 and the Vulcan S, under the ‘Good Times Voucher’. The former comes with decent savings of up to Rs 30,000, while the latter gets maximum benefits of up to Rs 60,000. Notably, these advantages apply to the ex-showroom prices of the motorcycles, which are Rs 7.10 lakh for the Vulcan S and Rs 7.16 lakh for the Ninja 650. Interested customers can take benefit of the offers till the end of July, or while supplies last, whichever comes first. Let's go through the specs of these Kawasaki bikes in detail.

Kawasaki Ninja 650

The Ninja 650 is equipped with a 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 67bhp at 8,000rpm and 64Nm at 6,700rpm. It comes with a six-speed transmission. The sports bike's suspension consists of a preload-adjustable monoshock at the back and 41mm telescopic front forks. Its braking system includes 300mm dual disc brakes at the front and a 220mm rotor at the rear. The bike has a ground clearance of 130mm, and a wheelbase of 1,410mm. It offers a 790mm seat height. In India, the bike is available in a single colour scheme: Lime Green.

Kawasaki recently unveiled the Ninja 650 2025 version for the international market. Although there has been no official confirmation, the upgraded model could be available in India around the festive season. It may fetch Rs 20,000 or Rs 25,000 more than the current model.

The Vulcan S uses the same engine as the Ninja 650 but produces 59.9bhp at 7,500rpm and 62.4Nm at 6,600rpm. It features a perimeter frame, 41mm telescopic front forks, and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. For braking, the bike uses a 300mm single disc at the front and a 250mm single rotor at the back. It has a 1575mm wheelbase, 130mm ground clearance, and 705mm seat height. The cruiser bike's fuel capacity is 14 litres. In India, it only comes in a Metallic Matte Carbon Grey colour option.
