Jeep India has launched a new customer experience programme called the Jeep Wave Exclusive. According to the firm, the new high-end programme will offer several services to customers and guarantee a hassle-free and improved vehicle-owning experience. The carmaker has introduced this initiative alongside the launch of its new BS6 phase II compliant range of products. The recently introduced programme, according to Jeep, is packed with several features to give its customers the best support and care possible. The programme includes the three-year Jeep Comprehensive Warranty, 90-minute Express Service Packages, Jeep Courtesy Edge & Segment First Customer Contact Programs, Jeep Genius, and Jeep Adventure Concierge. Except for the Jeep Comprehensive Warranty, which will be available on vehicles bought on and after April 1, 2023, the Jeep Wave Exclusive programme will be applicable to all owned or leased Jeep vehicles.

Jeep Wave Exclusive Programme: Key Details
The 3-year comprehensive warranty, included in the programme, will cover all parts, except consumables and wear-and-tear components. Additionally, the new programme offers 'Express Service' with pick-up and drop-off options, starting in just 90 minutes. The Jeep Courtesy Edge service offers a loaner Jeep SUV/mobility solution if mechanical repairs take longer than 96 hours. In addition, the Jeep Genius segment's first exclusive online service will help customers to explore the potential of their Jeep model, brand capability, and product features. Further, Jeep Adventure Concierge will be an exclusive offering to Jeep customers for their customised offroad adventures.

Sharing his views on the launch of the new programme, Mr Nipun J Mahajan, Head of Jeep Brand India, stated, 'Jeep Wave Exclusive is our commitment to an excellent and enhanced ownership experience for our Jeep customers. Jeep is a global premium brand, and we want our customers to experience the premium Jeeplife throughout their ownership journey.'
He further added, 'With the high-quality aggregates and uncompromised build, the Jeep Wave® Exclusive offerings will provide our customers with the peace of mind they expect from the brand.'

Jeep BS6-II Compliant Vehicle Lineup Updates
The entire Jeep SUV line-up now complies with the BS6 phase II emission norms, which will come into effect on April 1, 2023. Currently, the carmaker offers the Jeep Compass, Meridian, Wrangler, and Grand Cherokee in India. Right now, there is no information on whether the firm has changed the prices of these models due to this recent update in our market. The firm is likely to reveal more details on the update soon.
