Toyota sold a total of 31,656 cars in July 2024, including 29,533 units in the domestic market and 2,123 units overseas. Compared to 21,911 units sold in July of last year, this was a 44% increase. The company registered sales of 1,81,906 vehicles in the first seven months of CY2024, representing a rise of 46% from the same period last year. It attributed sales success to different models in its lineup, including the Innova Crysta, Hycross, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Rumion, Taisor, Fortuner, and Hilux. In a recent development, Toyota India reopened the order books for the top-spec ZX and ZX(O) variants of the Innova Hycross. For the uninitiated, the MPV has a starting price of Rs 19.77 lakh in India. Its ZX and ZX (O) variants are priced at Rs 30.34 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh, respectively. All prices are ex-showroom.

Toyota June 2024 Sales: A Quick Recap
Toyota Kirloskar Motor sold a total of 27,474 units in June 2024, registering a year-on-year rise of 40%. It delivered 25,752 in the domestic market, which was a growth of 41% from 18,237 units sold in June of last year. In terms of exports, the company sold 1,722 units in June 2024, as opposed to 1,371 units in the same month the previous year.
