Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, i20, Kona, and More Get Discounts of up to Rs 50,000

For June 2023, Hyundai is providing cash, exchange, and corporate incentives on five of its popular models: the Grand i10 Nios, the i20, the Kona, the Aura, and the Alcazar. It is important to note that no discounts are being offered on models like the Venue, the Verna, the Ioniq 5, and the Creta.

In addition to other major automakers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Renault, and Honda, Hyundai has also begun offering monthly discounts of up to Rs 50,000 for this month. For June 2023, the South Korean car manufacturer is providing cash, exchange, and corporate incentives on five of its popular models: the Grand i10 Nios, the i20, the Kona, the Aura, and the Alcazar. On the other hand, it is important to note that no discounts are being offered on models like the Venue, the Verna, the Ioniq 5, and the Creta. Hyundai Grand i10 Nios: Discounts of up to Rs 38,000

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios MT models are eligible for cash discounts of up to Rs 25,000, exchange bonuses of up to Rs 10,000, and corporate discounts of up to Rs 3,000. The hatchback's AMT versions receive a corporate discount of Rs 3,000 and an exchange incentive of Rs 10,000. The Grand i10 Nios' engine had an upgrade earlier this year to meet the most recent set of emission standards. The Grand i10 Nios Sportz Executive, a new variation in the lineup with pricing in India beginning at Rs 7.16 lakh (ex-showroom), was also recently launched by the automaker.

Hyundai i20: Discounts of up to Rs 20,000

The Magna and Sports variants of the Hyundai i20 are eligible for cash discounts of up to Rs 10,000, while all versions are eligible for an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000. A 1.2-litre petrol engine with 83bhp or a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 120bhp is available for the premium hatchback. The i20, which ranges in price from Rs 7.46 lakh to Rs 11.88 lakh (ex-showroom), is a highly appealing family hatchback with plenty of room and high-end equipment. The Toyota Glanza, the Tata Altroz, and the Maruti Suzuki Baleno are some of its rivals.

Hyundai Kona: Discounts of up to Rs 50,000

Similar to past months, there is a cash discount of Rs 50,000 available for the Kona EV. It directly competes with models like the MG ZS EV and the BYD Atto 3. It has a 39.2kWh lithium-ion battery pack and generates 136bhp of maximum power and 395Nm of peak torque. The EV has a stated 57-minute charge time from 0 to 80 per cent using a 50kW DC charger and has an ARAI-certified range of 452 kilometre. There are no rumours of the Kona coming to India even though it has already transitioned to a second generation elsewhere. The EV costs Rs 23.84 lakh (ex-showroom). 

Hyundai Aura: Discounts of up to Rs 33,000

This month, the CNG versions of the Hyundai Aura are offered with cash discounts of up to Rs 20,000, exchange bonuses of up to Rs 10,000, and corporate deals of up to Rs 3,000. The Aura's standard fuel versions, meanwhile, feature a cash discount of Rs 10,000. The Grand i10 Nios's small sedan version, the Aura, comes with the same engine options as the hatchback. The Aura received an update a few months ago and competes in the market with compact cars such as the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and the Honda Amaze. It costs between Rs 6.33 lakh to Rs 8.90 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom.

Hyundai Alcazar: Discounts of up to Rs 20,000

On the Alcazar, Hyundai is providing an exchange incentive of up to Rs 20,000, but there are no monetary discounts or corporate advantages offered. A 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine with 160bhp or a 1.5-litre diesel engine with 115bhp are also available for the car. The manual transmission is standard on both engines; the petrol one has a 7-speed DCT, while the diesel has a 6-speed torque converter. The Alcazar is noted for its extensive equipment list. In the Indian market, it competes with models like the Tata Safari and the MG Hector Plus. At present, the Alcazar costs between Rs 16.77 lakh and Rs 21.13 lakh (ex-showroom).
