Hyundai Exter, i20, Alcazar and More Attract Discounts of up to Rs 70,000 in June 2024

Nearly the entire Hyundai India lineup is eligible for enticing discount offers this June. The perks come in the form of company or exchange bonuses, cash discounts, and scrapping bonuses. The models that are not covered in the latest round of discount offers include the likes of the Creta, Creta N Line, and the i20 N Line. If you are looking to bring home a Hyundai this month, the following is a detailed model-wise breakdown of the available offers. 

Hyundai Alcazar

This month, incentives of up to Rs 70,000 are available for Hyundai's three-row, Creta-based SUV, the Alcazar, in both the petrol and diesel versions. Offered in six- and seven-seater versions, the competitor to the Tata Safari and MG Hector Plus has two powertrain options: a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol with 158bhp and options for manual and dual-clutch automatic gearbox, or a 1.5-litre diesel with 113bhp and options for manual and torque converter. The SUV is also set for a mid-lifecycle update, expected to arrive in the coming months.

Hyundai i20

Customers can save up to Rs 35,000 on the CVT variants and up to Rs 50,000 on the MT variants of the i20 hatchback. A CVT automatic transmission or a five-speed manual gearbox is available for the 1.2-litre, 82bhp petrol engine that powers the i20. The model competes with the Tata Altroz, Toyota Glanza, and Maruti Suzuki Baleno. The feature set comprises a wireless phone charger, adjustable climate control, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technology, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay, keyless entry with push-button start, a digital driver's display, and a sunroof.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

The petrol-MT variants of the Grand i10 Nios receive up to Rs 43,000 off, the petrol-AMT variants up to Rs 33,000 off, and the CNG variants have a maximum discount of up to Rs 53,000. The hatchback has a 1.2-litre petrol engine, mated to an AMT or five-speed manual transmission. A factory-fit CNG kit is also an option. In petrol mode, the engine generates 82bhp and 113Nm, while in CNG mode, it generates 68bhp and 95Nm.

Hyundai Verna

For June 2024, all versions of the Verna midsize sedan are eligible for benefits worth up to Rs 40,000. Two petrol engines are available for the sedan: a 1.5-litre, 113bhp, 143Nm engine with a six-speed manual or CVT, and a 1.5-litre, 158bhp, 253Nm turbo-petrol unit with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch auto. It competes with the Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda Slavia, Honda City, and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.

Hyundai Exter

Last but not least, a cash discount of Rs 10,000 is available for the Exter. However, the base EX and EX(O) trims are not eligible for any offers. The Grand i10 Nios, Aura, and Exter are all powered by the same 1.2-litre, 82bhp petrol engine. It takes on the likes of the Citroen C3 and Tata Punch.
