Hyundai began the new year by introducing the Creta Facelift in India. The entry-level version starts at Rs 11 lakh, while the higher-spec variant is priced at Rs 20 lakh, both being introductory and ex-showroom prices. The Creta enjoys tremendous demand in our market, with over 51,000 bookings made early this month. The waiting time for the SUV has surged from as much as five months in January to up to seven months recently, primarily due to increased demand for petrol-fueled Creta versions. Compared to 3 to 4 months last month, the waiting period for the petrol-powered version has risen to five and seven months for the manual and automatic variants, respectively. Meanwhile, the delivery timeframe for diesel-powered vehicles remains unchanged at four to five months, as announced last month. The Creta is available in seven variants: E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX(O). Let’s take a look at some of its main features.
