Hyundai Aura: Design Elements
Regarding the sedan's aesthetic features, it has an LED Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) on the front bumper in addition to a black radiator grille. The Aura has a broader stance thanks to the updated front bumper. Moreover, the facelifted model's R15 Diamond Cut Alloy wheels enhance the model's visual appeal. It is further emphasised by the exterior chrome door knobs. The rear chrome offers a more refined touch, while the car's rear wing spoiler gives it a bolder, sportier look. Furthermore, a new Starry Night paint job was added to the updated edition of the compact Hyundai car in January last year.
Hyundai Aura: Safety Set and Rival Models
Numerous standard safety features, including four airbags, ABS, and EBD, combine to assure the protection of the driver and passengers. Meanwhile, six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), ISOFIX anchors, hill-hold assist, and automated headlamps are offered in the top-of-the-line models.
In the Indian market, the Hyundai Aura faces competition from the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, the Honda Amaze, and the Tata Tigor, among other well-liked sub-four-metre sedans. It's vital to remember that the Aura is the only compact sedan with six airbags available in the country.
Hyundai Aura: Interior Features
The Aura's interior features are vast and include a wireless charger, rear AC vents, moveable rear headrests, automated climate control, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The cabin of the vehicle sports new seat fabric with a contemporary pattern and style.
The sophisticated fabric upholstery adorned with the Aura emblem, the chrome-finished gear knob, the leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, the tip of the parking lever, and the inside door handles with metal finishes all contribute to the appeal. On the contrary, higher-spec models come with enhanced footwell lighting, an upgraded 3.5-inch MID in the instrument cluster, and Type-C charging ports.
Hyundai Aura: Powertrain Options
Under the hood, the Aura's 1.2-litre petrol engine, with a factory-installed CNG kit option, powers the vehicle. This motor is calibrated to put out 68bhp of maximum power and 95Nm of peak torque in the CNG mode, and 82bhp of power and 114Nm of maximum torque in the standard petrol mode. An AMT unit and a five-speed manual gearbox handle the transmission duties. All powertrain options are E20 fuel-ready and RDE-compliant.
