Hyundai has recently announced discounts of up to Rs 45,000 on the Alcazar in India in order to attract prospective buyers. The discount applies to both the MY2024 and MY2023 models of the SUV and includes cash savings, corporate bonuses, exchange bonuses, and other customer offers. The MY2023 models pack a host of benefits this month, with maximum savings of up to Rs 45,000. However, the MY2024 versions come with only an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. Hyundai offers the Alcazar in both 6 and 7-seater configurations, with prices ranging from Rs 16.78 lakh to Rs 21.28 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom in New Delhi). The car competes with models such as the Mahindra XUV700 and the MG Hector Plus and boasts a variety of features, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a voice-activated panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, cruise control, and heated front seats.

The Hyundai vehicle comes equipped with six airbags, electronic stability control, all-wheel disc brakes, hill-start assist control, and ISOFIX child seat anchors, which ensure maximum safety. It also features a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera as well as a rear parking camera. Hyundai Alcazar: Engine and Variants
Two engine options are available for the Alcazar: a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol. The diesel motor churns out 114.4bhp and 250Nm, while the turbo-petrol motor produces 158bhp and 253Nm. The turbo-petrol unit offers a choice between a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic), while the diesel engine is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Prestige Executive, Prestige (O), Platinum, Platinum (O), Signature, Signature (O), Signature Dual Tone, and Signature (O) Dual Tone are eight variants of the Alcazar. The Adventure model is based on the Platinum and Signature (O) versions.

Hyundai India CY23 Sales
Hyundai Motor India supplied a total of 7,65,786 units in CY23, representing a 9% increase from the 7,00,811 cars sold in CY22. Of these, 6,02,111 units were sold in the domestic market, marking a year-on-year sales growth of 9%. This is a significant milestone for Hyundai, as it is the first time since its launch in India that the company has sold over 6,00,000 domestic vehicles in a year. Furthermore, the automaker's exports saw a 10% YoY increase from 1,48,300 units in CY22 to 1,63,675 units in CY23.
