While there is still time for the price announcement of the Elevate SUV, its demand is growing incredibly in our market. The all-new compact model by Honda attracts a waiting period of up to 16 to 18 weeks from the day of reservation. The automaker pulled covers from the Elevate in the last month and began accepting reservations in early July. Before making the prices public in India, the automaker is unraveling more details about the SUV probably to keep the fervour alive among potential customers. In a recent development, Honda disclosed the ARAI-certified mileage of the SUV in our market.

The petrol manual version claims to offer a mileage of 15.31km/l, whereas the petrol CVT model asserts to deliver a fuel efficiency of 16.92km/l. As already said, these mileage numbers are ARAI-certified, and the precise ones may differ depending on driving conditions. Honda Elevate: Powertrain
Driving the all-new SUV will be a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine, which also runs the City sedan. The petrol motor has been tuned to put out a maximum power of 119bhp and a 145Nm of peak torque. Both a six-speed manual gearbox and a CVT unit are available as options for transmission duties. There will be no hybrid drivetrain on offer with this model, however, an electric version is expected to make its entry sometime in 2026.
Honda Elevate: Features
Speaking of the features, the brand-new Honda Elevate gets a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an electric sunroof, a wireless phone charger, automatic climate control, and more. Further, the safety of the car has been ensured via six airbags, a 360-degree camera, electronic stability control, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and ADAS.

Honda Elevate: Market Competitors
Several market reports predict that the SUV's price in India might start at Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom), which will make it draw significant competition from models such as Volkswagen Taigun, the Hyundai Creta, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and more.
