The price hike affects the sedan's petrol models, making it slightly costlier for buyers in the premium mid-size sedan segment. The base petrol variant now starts at Rs 11.82 lakh, while the top-end model goes up to Rs 16.63 lakh. Both mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures. For the uninitiated, the Japanese carmaker previously hiked the prices for the Elevate SUV by up to Rs 20,000. Despite the price hike, the City will likely remain appealing to buyers due to its well-established reputation for delivering excellent performance, superior comfort, and modern features, such as Honda Sensing ADAS available in the higher variants.
