In November 2024, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) achieved domestic wholesale sales of 25,586 units, showcasing a 44% increase compared to the 17,818 units sold in the same month the previous year. The company also shipped 1,140 units internationally during the month. Over the first eight months of FY2024–25, TKM recorded total sales of about 2.19 lakh units, a significant 39% rise from over 1.63 lakh units sold during the equivalent period in FY2023–24. This growth was fuelled by strong consumer interest in its MPVs and SUVs, bolstered by targeted customer engagement and tailored product solutions.

Moreover, the carmaker is offering substantial year-end discounts of over Rs 1 lakh on select models, including the Urban Cruiser Taisor, Toyota Glanza, and Rumion, though CNG variants are not included. These limited-time deals, valid until December 31, 2024, have played a vital role in driving strong sales figures in November.

Toyota Innova Hycross Surpasses 1 Lakh Unit Sales Milestone
The Toyota Innova Hycross has achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 1 lakh units in sales across India, underscoring its strong market performance. Having reached the 50,000-unit mark in February this year, the MPV doubled its sales in just nine months. Launched in November 2022, the Hycross has gained widespread popularity for its reliability, spacious design, and hybrid powertrain. Achieving this milestone within two years highlights the growing demand for the model in India's competitive automotive landscape. The Innova Hycross is priced between Rs 19.77 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom).
The model comes with two engine options: a 2.0-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated (NA) petrol engine and a 2.0-litre four-cylinder hybrid powertrain. The hybrid variant, equipped with an e-CVT transmission, produces 183bhp, combining 188Nm of torque from the petrol engine and 206Nm from the electric motor. Meanwhile, the petrol-only version, paired with a CVT gearbox, delivers 173bhp and 209Nm of torque. The vehicle also boasts an impressive driving range of 1,208 km.

The Hycross also boasts a host of high-end features, such as leatherette upholstery, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, ottoman-style second-row seats, six airbags, electronic stability control, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charger, dual-zone climate control, a 7-inch digital driver display, front and rear parking sensors, 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
