Saurabh Vatsa and Nipun J Mahajan will now manage Citroën and Jeep brands in India, respectively.
After announcing Roland Bouchara as CEO & Managing Director for Stellantis in India earlier in April 2021, the company has now announced key leadership appointments for two of its brands – Citroën and Jeep. Saurabh Vatsa and Nipun J Mahajan (lead image) will now be responsible for the Citroën and Jeep brands in India, respectively.
In his new role, Saurabh will lead Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Product Planning & PR functions for Citroën India while Nipun will lead the same functions for Jeep India. An industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Saurabh joined PSA in 2018 as Senior Director – Marketing & Corporate Communications and has been instrumental in launching the Citroën brand and its first product, the C5 Aircross SUV, in India.
Likewise, Nipun has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry as well and has been associated with Jeep for five years as the Vice President for Sales Operations and Network development. He's also been instrumental in launching the Jeep brand in India.
Saurabh and Nipun now report directly to Roland Bouchara, with the new organisation structure already in effect from 7th June 2021.
