Citroen Basalt, Aircross and More Get Discounts of up to Rs 1.75 Lakh

Citroen is offering enticing year-end benefits on its models, including the Basalt, the Aircross, the C3, and the eC3, to attract customers. The Aircross has the highest discount of up to Rs 1.75 lakh, depending on the variant. On the other hand, the Basalt Coupe SUVs and eC3 hatchbacks are eligible with benefits worth Rs 80,000 each, the lowest in the range. With Citroen planning a price hike in January 2025, these offers may be the last chance to purchase its models at competitive prices.

Here’s a detailed overview of all the available offers, which are valid only until December 31.

Citroen Aircross (Benefits up to Rs 1.75 lakh)

The Aircross SUV has 5- and 5+2-seat configurations and is priced between Rs 8.49 lakh and Rs 14.55 lakh. It offers two engine options: a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol (81bhp/115Nm) with a 5-speed manual, and a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (108bhp/up to 205Nm) with a 6-speed manual or torque converter.

Citroen C3 (Benefits up to Rs 1 lakh)

The C3 hatchback is available with discounts worth up to Rs 1 lakh, depending on the variant. It comes with the same engine options as the Aircross and is priced between Rs 6.16 lakh and Rs 10.27 lakh. The automatic versions start at Rs 10 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).

Citroen Basalt (Benefits up to 80,000)

The Citroen Basalt, priced between Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 13.95 lakh, is the fourth model from Citroen under its C-Cubed programme. The model’s 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 108bhp and up to 205Nm and is paired either with a 6-speed torque converter automatic or a 6-speed manual gearbox. On the other hand, the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine delivers 81bhp and 115Nm, and is mated solely to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Citroen eC3 (Benefits of up to Rs 80,000)

The eC3 is the French automaker’s first all-electric model in India. It is powered by a 29.2kWh battery pack that drives a front-mounted electric motor, delivering 56bhp and 143Nm.

The hatchback accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in 6.8 seconds and offers an ARAI-certified range of 320 kilometres on a full charge. It is currently priced between Rs 12.76 lakh and Rs 13.41 lakh (ex-showroom).
