The American marque has also launched a new customer care helpline number for all after-sales-related queries.
Chevrolet reaffirmed its commitment towards Indian customers today and stated that it will continue to provide after-sales and spare parts support for existing Chevrolet car owners in the country. At present, Chevrolet's authorised after-sales network consists of 165 service workshops and 20 parts distributors across 142 Indian cities. The brand has also reiterated that its main parts distribution centre in Talegaon is fully operational.
Reaffirming the same, Markus Sternberg (VP, Commercial Operations at Chevrolet India) said, 'At Chevrolet, we believe our customers remain at the centre of everything we do, which is well reflected by our strong after-sales network and assured commitment to provide services and offers to ensure their Chevrolet vehicle is serviced and maintained well. Furthermore, we will continue to provide parts through our channel partners and honour all our commitments to customers in India throughout 2021 and beyond.'
A quick visit to the Chevrolet India website (still operational) also reveal the brand's new customer care helpline details for any parts, service, warranty or road-side assistance-related issues, and queries.
