Audi India Registers 17% Growth in Q1 2025; Sells Over 1,200 Units
Audi India sold 1,223 units in Q1 2025, a 17% increase from Q1 2024, driven by better supply chain management and strong demand for models like the Q7 and Q8.

Audi India sold 1,223 units in the first quarter of 2025, marking a 17% increase from the 1,046 units sold in Q1 2024. This growth is attributed to improved supply chain management and sustained demand for popular models like the Audi Q7 and Q8. The German automaker, which entered the Indian market in 2007, reached the milestone of 1 lakh cars sold last year. Building on this achievement, the premium brand aims to capture a more substantial share in the expanding luxury car segment. The company currently sells models such as the Audi A4, A6, Q3, Q3 Sportback, Q5, S5 Sportback, Q8 e-tron Sportback, and RS e-tron GT in the Indian market.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, ‘We are pleased to commence 2025 on a positive note with our result of the first quarter. This growth compared to the previous year same time underscores the confidence our customers have in the brand Audi and the strength of our product portfolio. Having successfully navigated supply challenges in 2024, we are well-equipped to meet the increasing demand for luxury mobility in India. Our commitment remains steadfast in delivering exceptional products and experiences as we strive for a positive performance in the year ahead.’
