Ampere Electric Two-wheelers Surpasses 2 Lakh Unit Sales Milestone in First Quarter of FY24

Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited, recently announced that its EV brand 'Ampere', has attained a sales milestone. In the press statement, the organization revealed that more than 2 Lakh units of the Ampere electric two-wheelers have sold in the first quarter of FY2024. Additionally, the company reported selling the last 1 lakh units of 2-wheelers in the 2023 fiscal year. The company claims to maintain its commitment to spending on research and development to expand its product portfolio and boost its market reach. It further shared in the official press release to concentrate on contributing to India's ongoing transition to electric mobility and supporting a sustainable future. Ampere Electric Two-wheelers Sales Milestone: What the Company Has to Say?

The company owes its recent success to its diverse product line and Pan-India dealership network, sprawling from Tier 1 to Tier 4 markets. Ampere Primus Electric Scooter: Key Highlights 

There are three diverse EVs, offered under the Ampere brand: the Primus, the Magnus EX, and the Zeal EX. According to Ampere, the Primus can go from 0 to 40 km/h in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 77 km/h. The Primus e-scooter is equipped with a 3kWh lithium-iron-phosphate battery, which is claimed to provide it a range of 107 kilometre in Power mode on a single charge. The new Primus has a 22-litre of storage capacity and a wheelbase of 1400mm.
