A teaser of the Harrier special edition hints at a resemblance with the Safari’s Adventure trim, new colour options, and a few more changes.
Tata will be launching the Safari Special Edition soon. The company dropped a teaser of the limited edition variant of its flagship SUV a couple of days ago.
Although the company hasn't divulged any specific details, the new Tata Harrier Special Edition is expected to belong to the Adventure edition and will have some minor cosmetic alterations. The new model is likely to be based on the XZA+ variant that has a six-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, auto-dimming IRVM, a panoramic sunroof, and more. The upcoming Tata Harrier model will be powered by a similar 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 170bhp. It is expected to be offered in both manual and automatic versions.
The 2023 Harrier Special Edition is also anticipated to have ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) and a 360-degree camera. If rumours are to be believed, the Harrier special edition will be shown at the upcoming Indian Auto Expo, so expect its market launch soon after that.
